VETASSESS Country Manager Angelo Ciavarella, together with assessors Frank Marinelli and Phil Berryman and MFI Polytechnic Institute Inc. Vice President and COO Noel Dumaguit signed the MOA in a ceremony held at MFI Board Room, Pasig City, attended by other MFI officers Senior Manager, Integrated Technology Department Ed Dy Guaso, and Tehnical Education and Training Director Winston R. Mendoza I.
